First, I'm not having any problems with your site (running FF 3.012 on a Mac). BUT, if people complain send them to zap colors (https://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/zap.html) if it is an issue of not being able to read the text due to color problems. If that is not it, send them to Readability (http://lab.arc90.com/experiments/readability/). That turns any page into perfectly readable text, although you can't comment with it turned on. Then tell them to let you do your recoding in peace.
