I like this quite a bit. You managed to balance the angst and depression without letting it delve too deep into those feelings. At the same time, it felt very realistic. I like how much Ianto knew about his coworkers... and how much they didn't know him. It was a nice reminder of who Ianto was in the beginning of season 1 - and who everyone else in the cast were.
