can't offer much consolation, we'll be at my MIL who's lovely and does the traditional English Turkey Dinner (my German mother didn't like - bah humbug). Personally we'll have a small family Christmas on 24th - Lasagne and Pancakes for my 5 year old.
Cards are scrapped this year - no money and presents are down to the minimum - mind you I may consider free e-cards to make up for that oversight!
