Still Here, Still Writing (And Sweating)
Just a quick note before I try to not disappoint the twins by saying no bunny pets for Easter and keep purple food dye out of curious cat paws.
Still writing. I have finished drafting and plotting "Eye of the Storm" and 50% done with plotting out "Reinventing Pavlov" Now comes the fun part: writing as I rewatch the Torchwood episodes for some AU. Should be fun, except I started sweating as I opened a new document to write the first episode. Eek.
So mommy is behind (very), but thankfully, the hard part of plotting, fixing and warping a verse but still keeping it the same is done. The writing is easier (sort of) and hopefully smoother sailing than the preliminary prep work. :)
Just a bit longer, my friends.

Purple dyed kitties are more important than writing.
I think? Did I say that? Wait! I want to read more mommy stories. I wonder. Jack and Ianto have been missing for a few hours. Something about missing chocolate sauce that I got for the vanilla ice cream. They've been searching for hours! Ianto left his keys to the archives here and I'm sure that I can find some alien artifact to help clone yourself so you can find the time to write.
I might be a while since I'm behind in my writing also so I'm going to find one for myself.

Okay, now off to eat early Easter day candy and write next part of Choices. I have the ending but not much else.
edited because i'm a distracted dork!
re: kiddos and no bunny pets - my folks (up until about 2 years ago - and i'm gonna be 40 in June) got me a small stuffed bunny toy every Easter. It became a family tradition, kind of like each family member getting a "special Christmas tree ornament" every year.
They were never really big or expensive bunnies, (well, the one when i was 5 was almost as big as me, but dad couldn't resist it... and i still have it) - but the tradition meant a LOT to me as i got older. It also helped keep the "but i want a REAL bunny" whining to a minimum - especially when i realized that real bunnies don't cuddle NEARLY as much as stuffed ones. ::grin::
Just a suggestion.
re: writing - We're here and willing to wait as long as it takes. Take care of you and yours first.
::hugs and well wishes::

I have to say no because I'll end up carrying for ouor petting zoo, but oooh, yes, gotta be enemy number one for a few days after.
Stuffed bunny might be a cute idea though.....:)

I have bunny pets! I love them to pieces. But they live many years, so one should only get a bunny pet if they want one. But mine are very cuddly! Plus they are soft and warm and sniffly *g*.
