Sometimes, even donating to Operation America seems woefully inadequate when faced with the heartbreaking images on the news. It's times like these when I do wish I was rich.
So, I humbly offer a fic in the community
help_haiti for bid, an auction for Haiti. Auction ends January 20, 2010. My item specifically is here: [ Fic Auction ]
It's not much and whether you bid on mommy's or anyone else's, it could make a difference.

Owen tried not to grumble as he ran the needed errands, believing that Ianto should be doing them, not him. He was a doctor, not a tea-boy.
In the meantime, Jack was busy entertaining the twins and the kitties. Swinging them around and making airplane noises while the twins laughed and giggled.
The Torchwood team was ready to help Haiti in any way possible. Even if meant Owen had to run to the local market for milk.
